Chef Alain Davi

Chef Alain Davi bases his cuisine on three very important values:

  • Respect for ingredients: the chef only works with fresh, high-quality products. He seeks to create simple and tasty dishes that highlight them.
  • Sustainable cuisine: the chef places emphasis on the ecological and economic sustainability of the kitchen. It works to reduce food waste and limit the use of chemicals.
  • Creativity: the chef thinks outside the box and experiments with flavors and innovative culinary techniques.

We open by reservation, lunch and evening, from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
